Spend A Day
	Prospective students are encouraged to spend a day shadowing a current student.  This must be scheduled in advance by contacting the Admissions Office.

	Do prospective students have to schedule a day to shadow?
	Prospective students wishing to spend the day at Newman must call in advance to schedule a day to visit.  Due to exams and field trips, we only offer the shadowing program on select days.

	What time does the day begin and end?
	Prospective students should plan to arrive no earlier than 8 a.m. and must be picked up no later than 3 p.m.

	What should a prospective student wear?
	Prospective students spending the day should adhere to The Newman School's dress code.  Students should wear plain black, navy or khaki pants and a collared shirt.  Students can wear sneakers.

	Do prospective students need to bring lunch?
	Lunch is provided.

	Do prospective students need to bring a permission note?
	Prospective students must bring a permission note from a parent or guardian.  The note needs to contain a parent or guardian's signature and emergency contact information.

	Should prospective students bring anything else?
	Prospective students should bring a book.
